I had the liberty of being able to preserve one of my best friend's wedding bouquets a couple years back. I used to work with Kaytie a lifetime ago at Outback Steakhouse, and I'm so happy to still have her by my side! I was very happy when she reached out to me to preserve her bridal bouquet too. This was when I was still operating as Bear Flowerz and only had preserved two bridal bouquets at this point. But when your bff asks you do something, you don't say no!
Her and William had a small intimate wedding with their closest friends and family, and her bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! It was full of some of the classic flowers and greenery, and also had all sorts of fun texture to work with. The coolest part is that her mom actually bought the flowers from Costco and arranged them herself! It was such a beautiful bouquet, and was so fun to preserve. I'm thankful Kaytie trusted me with this task, as this was just the beginning of the wedding market that I had yet to really discover.
These pictures go all the way back to when I was working in my tiny apartment's spare bedroom on a floor, and before I knew how to take better pictures with better angles. But it was so much fun to deconstruct the bouquet, dry and press it, and then reassemble again for Kaytie. Little did I know that this was the first of many bouquet preservations!
